[WARRANTY TERMS]
To make a warranty claim, email sales@de-fly.com with the order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo. Most problems are resolved by phone or email; if a unit needs to come back, a prepaid label is provided.
Damage from reverse polarity or wiring outside the wiring diagram, water entry from mounting the controller in direct spray, physical damage from livestock or equipment, and damage from chemicals not labeled for the equipment. Photo eyes, reflectors and mounts are wear items and are covered against defects only.
